Returns
Returns accepted with prior factory approval only. NO returns will be accepted after ten days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.
Damaged Products
If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials and email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524. We will send out an immediate replacement to you.
Out of Stock
We usually ship in-stock items within three days of receipt of the order. If the item is out of stock, we will email you with the estimated date it will be ready to ship.

I was looking for dinnerware made in the US and I came upon Emerson Pottery. I loved that it had no lead or cadmium. I ordered a coupe dinner plate, a classic dinner plate, and a bowl just to see which one I liked the best. All of them were great but I chose the coupe dinnerware to make a set. I liked the modern look of it. So I ordered 12 plates. I love how all the designs complement each other. I mixed several designs but they were all coupe. I am very happy with them so far. No marks from using a knife to cut meat. Great in the dishwasher. I am waiting for several coupe bowls to come back in stock so I can order more. Please hurry Emerson. I need those bowls and salad plates. Plus I have to order $150 worth to get free shipping. I’m so glad I found your products.
