Returns
Returns accepted with prior factory approval only. NO returns will be accepted after ten days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.
Damaged Products
If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials and email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524. We will send out an immediate replacement to you.
Out of Stock
We usually ship in-stock items within three days of receipt of the order. If the item is out of stock, we will email you with the estimated date it will be ready to ship.

All of our clays and glazes are custom formulas and mixed on-site using raw materials from North American ceramic suppliers. Everything is non-toxic and safe for daily use.

We were looking for mugs with a large enough handle that my husband could hold comfortably in his larger hands but that I could also get my smaller hand around the mug for holding. These latte mugs met both of our requirements for how we prefer to hold the mug while holding a good volume of liquid. These mugs are very sturdy and the copper clay color is a very nice shade of brown. I love that they are made in the US and our drinks (coffee or tea) taste great when we use these mugs. I will definitely look at Emerson Creek Pottery for any future pottery needs. Highly recommended!
