Shipping
We offer shipping to the United States and Canada, including free shipping on orders over $150. Local shoppers can request in-store pickup for online orders.
Returns
Returns accepted with prior factory approval only. NO returns will be accepted after ten days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.
Damaged Products
If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials and email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524. We will send out an immediate replacement to you.
Out of Stock
We usually ship in-stock items within three days of receipt of the order. If the item is out of stock, we will email you with the estimated date it will be ready to ship.

This is the second shortbread pan manufactured by Emerson Creek Pottery that I have purchased. I haven’t yet used this one but expect it to be as excellent as the first (thistle design) that I purchased. I love the design of Norwegian Wood. It really is unique compared to all the others. Even the running deer have different positions! I am looking forward to using it soon!
