I had purchased some of these mugs a few years back and love the mugs. This last order however the glaze color is a little different. I expected some variation but not quite this much. The glaze is a more matted color than the originals.
Hi there. Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the glaze on your recently purchased pottery did not meet your expectations. While we mix our own clay and glazes, a variation in glaze and kiln firings can cause these differences. We hope you will continue to enjoy your handcrafted mugs.
They drip when you drink
We appreciate your feedback, Nancy! We offer a variety of mugs in different shapes to suit everyone’s tastes. There may be a different one that you like better. We hope you will check them out! If you like your mug but find the drip to be an issue, we recommend using a saucer with it.
