Returns
Returns accepted with prior factory approval only. NO returns will be accepted after ten days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.
Damaged Products
If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials and email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524. We will send out an immediate replacement to you.
Out of Stock
We usually ship in-stock items within three days of receipt of the order. If the item is out of stock, we will email you with the estimated date it will be ready to ship.

All of our clays and glazes are custom formulas and mixed on-site using raw materials from North American ceramic suppliers. Everything is non-toxic and safe for daily use.

Our Bully pooch gives his new bowl a big arf arf. The paw prints are a perfect touch and the bowl is a quality product with a great finish. Also as a bonus the bowl fits perfectly in the raised food stand. As a side note we bought a used Emerson bowl that is several years old and is in perfect condition with the finish in excellent condition – a tribute to the great quality Emerson makes.

Awesome looking! Love that it’s dishwasher safe. My dog is extremely picky about what sort of bowl he eats out of. No issues so far with this one. Wish it could be a tad bigger around since he’s 95 pounds but he can still eat from it comfortably.
