ique dog bowls. Instead, I received two bowls; one had a run in it from the glazing. Every time I look at the bowl, the first thing I see is the run. I would have thought for the price I paid, there would have been better quality control. It also took weeks to get my shipment of two dog bowls. That’s ridiculous. With that being said, I will never order from this company again. I don’t have a picture to submit as I’m not at home at the time of this review.

ause I have happily owned another Emerson Creek Pottery lamp for many years. It is one of my favorite lamps. The new lamps are taller than the previous versions. The pottery appears glossier, the design covers a smaller area of the base and the shade is no longer textured. I was looking forward to adding this new lamp to my sunroom. Unfortunately, there was a problem. A standard sized bulb would not fit under the hoop. It seemed to me that there was an issue with how the lamp was assembled. I reached out to the company and had several email communications with a representative. I made measurements and sent photos to illustrate the problem. The representative assured me that there was no problem with the lamp, despite evidence to the contrary. She eventually offered me a few options but shipping the lamp back to the company for a return or exchange would be very inconvenient and risky. I solved the problem myself by doing an internet search for a small (appliance sized) bulb. It is the only bulb that would fit. My advice to customers is to be prepared to buy a smaller bulb.

come in locked positions tend to not unlock . I called customer service and at my suggestion, they sent new ones in the unlocked position. They work great. Customer service is outstanding!!
