two Poppy lamps but one was accidentally broken. It’s wonderful to know that we can count on Emerson Creek to keep their products consistently beautiful. No one would ever know the replacement was bought a couple of years after the original one. Everything we have put from you folks has been beautiful and of the highest quality.

ause I have happily owned another Emerson Creek Pottery lamp for many years. It is one of my favorite lamps. The new lamps are taller than the previous versions. The pottery appears glossier, the design covers a smaller area of the base and the shade is no longer textured. I was looking forward to adding this new lamp to my sunroom. Unfortunately, there was a problem. A standard sized bulb would not fit under the hoop. It seemed to me that there was an issue with how the lamp was assembled. I reached out to the company and had several email communications with a representative. I made measurements and sent photos to illustrate the problem. The representative assured me that there was no problem with the lamp, despite evidence to the contrary. She eventually offered me a few options but shipping the lamp back to the company for a return or exchange would be very inconvenient and risky. I solved the problem myself by doing an internet search for a small (appliance sized) bulb. It is the only bulb that would fit. My advice to customers is to be prepared to buy a smaller bulb.
