Blend up a healthy treat this summer with just a few simple ingredients! Smoothie Bowls are a quick, nutritious recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tsp Pitaya powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Dragon fruit powder (optional, adds color and nutrients)
  • Optional toppings such as coconut flakes, extra berries, nuts, etc. (optional)

This recipe will work great in any of our bowls.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with garnishes of choice
  3. Enjoy!
