Smoothie Bowls
Blend up a healthy treat this summer with just a few simple ingredients! Smoothie Bowls are a quick, nutritious recipe.
Prep: 10 minutes or less
Yield: 1 smoothie bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 tsp Pitaya powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Dragon fruit powder (optional, adds color and nutrients)
- Toppings like coconut flakes, extra berries, nuts, etc. (optional)
This recipe will work great in any of our bowls.
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with garnishes of choice
- Enjoy!
